Sitting Tall
I saw this fellow sitting high up on his perch while I was stopped at a traffic light. If I'm not mistaken, This is another Bill Tonnesen sculpture. I'm sure that person in the cage is his. Someone told me he has a studio in the building here.

The figure in the cage looks like the Michelin Man. I like the guy on the platform. It looks like he's lit up at night -- maybe he's the studio "sign."
