Sculptures & Interesting Dining Companion

I made a visit to the Newport Beach sculpture garden and wandered around viewing all the interesting sculptures.  The one above is called "Prey" and was created all from coins by Mr. & Mrs. Ferguson of Alameda California.

The one to the right is called "Inchoate" which means not yet formed.  The artist is Luke Achterberg of Unalaska Wisconsin.

There was something about this one that I just loved.  It's called "Where Have All the Birds Gone?" by Marguerite Elliot of Fairfax California.  I'm not sure why it appealed to me so much.  Maybe it had something to do with my love of birds.

Speaking of birds, check out this fellow.  He was with a group dining at the next table from me at dinner last night.  He was very well behaved and took all the attention he was getting in his stride.

Another adventurous California day.
