I spotted this Insurance business in south Phoenix one day and I liked the classic car that is emblazoned with the company's name and phone number.
Then I noticed that the car was chained to a stake in the ground underneath it. An inventive anti-theft device and a little extra insurance. It makes me wonder if someone tried to steal the car once upon a time.

Most thieves are lazy, make it harder and they will move onto someone else.
