Old Favorites

Here are two more sculptures from in front of the Museum of the West in Scottsdale.  These two are by Allan Houser, a legend among Native American sculptors.  This one is called "When Friends Meet".

This second one is called "Prayer".  They both stand near the front of the museum.

I do love Allan Housers' work.  He puts emotion into them even when they are abstract.

Gorgeous sculptures. It's amazing how the more abstract first one definitely looks native American too.
