Another Historical Sign

Last Monday's post featured a mural paying tribute to an old sign that was well known in the city of Mesa.  This week's mural pays tribute to another historical sign.  Buckhorn Baths was a small mineral hot springs resort on the far east edge of Mesa.  Though the motel itself has been closed for years, the property has been given historical status. There have been several proposals for the sight but nothing has been settled.  So it sits waiting for the right project to come along.  This mural pays tribute to a very well known sign in east Mesa.

Taking part in Monday Murals.

Those swirls give it a bit of an eerie feeling, Sharon.

I like it, and the "steam" around the sign is quite nice.
Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Sharon.

It's interesting that you have not one but TWO murals paying tribute to old neon signs!
