Eye on the Wall


This mural is located in the Roosevelt Row Arts District.  It was painted by well known Phoenix muralist Lalo Cota and his daughter Devony Cota.  They make a great father and daughter artistic duo!  I've featured Cota's murals here before.  One of them is here.  His work is all over town and is always creative and colorful.
