Last week when I found that "glass house", I also saw this house built on the mountain side and stacked into several layers. There are patios with grand views on every corner of this house.
The City Daily Photo Blog Theme Day for October is nearly upon us. Have you, as yet, given some thought to your interpretation of our theme, ‘Silhouette’? There are a number of meanings to this word, and there is no need to feel restricted to the meaning in the English language. If you are a member of Face Book, you are welcome to post your contribution to the CDPB group page at http://www.facebook.com/groups/2628431329/. If you are not a member of Face Book, you may care to post at http://cdpbthemeday.blogspot.com.au/2012/09/silhouette-cdpb-for-october.html. As you post your October Theme contribution, please vote for your choice of the five suggested themes for November (My Street, Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, The Water’s Edge, Ageing (dis)gracefully, or The Thrill of the Dance). You may vote at either location, but please only vote once! The results will be conflated at the close of voting on Monday 8th November.
I'll bet the views are absolutely amazing, but the structure itself is not to my taste. But, I have pretty traditional tastes. Can you see a Tuscan style home there? Or an adobe home?

I am not sure about the look... looks like a small parking structure to me.
:-)
What a setting!
It is a dramatic setting, but the architecture makes no attempt to blend in with the setting. My guess is that this is on the East side of Camelback.
The views may be grand but the building itself leaves something to be desired.
Shalom! Today is the International Day of Peace (9/21/12) May you and all countries know and enjoy peace.
It is not only dramatic but it looks quite large, too. Wouldn't mind living there.
This area looks so green. I would love to see some of those views.

It looks huge but a bit brutal for me!
What an eyesore. If their going to build on the mountain the design should at least try to blend.

Wow Sharon, that's quite a building. It looks very functional from the outside but I bet it's fab inside.
