Getting Into Vacation Mode

While I was visiting The Wigwam resort (see my last two posts), I found myself getting into vacation mode.

I took a little walk outside by the pool and then.....

.....I found a spot on the patio, ordered up a refreshing drink and some lunch and let myself feel that "I'm-on-vacation" feeling for a little while.

When it was time to go, I pondered whether I could snatch one of those gorgeous rugs and make a run for it.  I decided it was too risky so I left empty handed.  I'm sure glad I took a lot of photos.

Good for you! I would have liked to have joined you & maybe between the two of us we could have got away with a rug or two!! LOL!

LOL -- I can just see you sprinting out of the hotel dragging a rug under your arm!

Enjoyed reading about your mini break Sharon, you chose the perfect destination ☺ totally drooling over those carpets. Coincidentally I'm actually on the hunt for a new carpet, truly ☺

Sometimes a mini vacation is all you need.

That's a pretty place. I haven't been there in many decades.

A wonderful place to visit and explore. If only the carpet was magic, you could of flew out of there. :)
