I enjoyed the company of a good friend over the weekend and we crammed a lot of activities into two short days. On Saturday night we went to dinner with Julie (Scottsdale Daily Photo) and Dave (Tamarindo Daily Photo) at a restaurant called Posh. It was a unique experience where you don’t order a meal, instead you are given a list of proteins and vegetables that the kitchen has on hand, you cross off anything you don’t feel like or can’t eat, order a certain number of courses and then they whip up something especially for you. Each course is a surprise and at our table everyone had something a little different with each course. What a great concept. I loved it!
The photo to the left was taken at the entrance with the restaurant name displayed on a beaded curtain.
Dave took this photo looking down the line of wine glasses lined up at the counter top dining area.

Wow,that is great concept for a restaurant. Love the photos, how fun to catch up with other the CDP bloggers around the area.
I'd love to eat there. What a novel concept.
I think that a fine cuisine surprise would be a delight!
It is a novel and enjoyable concept. It is different to sit down at a restaurant and be handed a list and a pen to check of what you don't want. It was a bit like taking a pop quiz in school, except the answers set the stage for a delicious and creative meal with novel combinations of ingredients.
it was a fun night :) this is a very hip and trendy place
I have to be in the valley over the Memorial Day holiday for a graduation. I just might have to check this out.
You go to some of the most interesting places! And good job on the wine glass photo, Dave!
Great concept indeed! I love the angle on the top shot and also on the shot taken by David. Very cool perspectives.
Thank you so much for the nice comment, Sharon.
That would be fun! The place does look Posh, too.
What a neat idea! It does look very trendy and polished. I would love to give that place a try.
Tres interessant! I've never heard of such, but would love to give it a try. Looks quite elegant, too...good shots by all involved!
Interesting - I never realized that you have one big gang there)). Great idea of the restaurant.
That would work for me. I am not a picky eater and would just as soon have a good chef bring me what excites him/her.
very interesting approach to a restaurant. sounds like you had a good time. I love the composition of the photos.
Great fun hearing about your eating out- good photos too
Thanks
Chrissy
