I've seen several Chaste Trees around town lately and all of them are bursting with these pretty, lavender blooms. This one is a small tree that I saw in the Scottsdale Civic Center Park.
This one is the size of a bush right now but there is one closer to my house that is a full sized tree. I posted a photo of it five years ago.

I hope they smell as nice as they look.
This reminds me of the Russian sage plants that many of my neighbors have. They smell good, the bees love them, but need to be trimmed back every year.
I have one in my garden, the purple flowers attract the native blue banded bees each flowering season.
The purple is lovely.
How lovely, Sharon. I have never seen one.
Interesting. I don't know these trees at all.
I wouldn't mind having one of those in my garden.
I've never seen one either but it sure is beautiful.
Looks like it would attract the bees and it reminds me of Salvia.
Chaste Trees really bring such a lovely touch of lavender beauty to the neighborhood
Beautiful lavender blooms!
