I have three more of those houses perched on the rocky hillside of Camelback Mountain. This one has a substantial rock-face soaring behind it.
This one has a lot of windows to enjoy that view looking across the city.
Here's a modern house set on the rocky terrain. Properties on the sides of Camelback Mountain are pretty pricey. These houses would be worth a fortune.

They seem luxurious inside with that sort of modern design
When we were there in 1965 we looked at a new house on the mountain, that was priced at about $50,000 - my father thought that was far too much.
