Last weekend I had lunch at a favorite French Bistro in Scottsdale called Zinc Bistro. I usually get the crepes when I'm there but this time decided to try the steak salad. When they placed this dish in front of me I wondered how I would eat it all. I made a good job of it. It was delicious as well as pretty to look at.
Equally delicious but not nearly as pretty was this salad that I made for myself. It has smoked salmon, tomatoes and cucumbers and home-made bread croutons. Whole Foods has a brand of smoked salmon that is perfect for breaking up in salads. I get it whenever I visit a Whole Foods store.

This is making he hungry.
Looks so good. Trader Joes has smoked salmon bits and pieces, perfect for a salad, or making mouse.
I think your salad looks really good! They both do, actually.
Your salad looks delicious, Sharon.
