A Touch of Chicago in Phoenix

 

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria started doing business in Phoenix a few years ago.  I remember reading about it in the newspaper when they first opened up here but I've never been.  I've never been to one in Chicago either.  I saw one just week ago when I was there but I've never eaten there.  

You see, I've never been a fan of "deep-dish" pizza so I've avoided the places that serve that style.  

They do a good business here in Phoenix so I don't think my absence hurts them in any way.
