Little Christmas Flourish

I don't put up a tree at home any longer but I do add a few Christmas decorations around the house to enhance the holidays.

I have my little lighted Christmas tree.  It looks great when all the lights are off.

I have a copper bowl that sits on my coffee table that is usually full of colored glass chips.  I've filled it with a variety of Christmas ornaments. The sun was shining through the window right on the bowl when I took this shot.

This is one set of glass trees that I have acquired over the years.  I put these on the bookcase in front of my "Waterfall" ladies photo.

I have a wreath on the door and my little Santa statue in the window.  I think I'm all set for this strange holiday season.

There's no Christmas tree in our house either... but my wife does insist that we still have Christmas decorations.

You got to have a Christmas tree

They look very stylish, a tree is not always neccesary to get the Christmas spirit.

Delightful, a little seasonal cheer. This is a year for new holiday traditions.

What a great idea to put ornaments in a big bowel. We didn’t put up a tree either, but I don’t think I could talk my husband into dragging the boxes back out, but I will remember that for next year.

I put up a small tree but I still have all my mum's vintage decorations that are all packed away. It is so hard to sell them off or something and so much work to put up a large tree to display them. A quandary.

We'll decorate a very small Christmas tree and we have a few decorations but far less than previous years.
Have a warm Holiday season Sharon.

I've done the same with baubles in two copper bowls Sharon, and a bit of a half hearted attempt at a Christmas tree.will have to pull myself together the grandchildren arrive from Sydney on Friday 😉

It looks nice and festive. The bowl with baubles is beautiful with the sun shining in.

I really like the first little tree, and that bowl is so unusual.

You've done well, it all looks very festive.

The ornaments in the copper bowl are just lovely. I have clear glass compotes that I put ornaments in, and then lights below. It's a low effort cheerful display.

Your place looks good. I have used a big artificial tree for the last five or six years. Much easier but still Christmas-y. But this year I have not hung any ornaments on it, just lights.

Very nice home decorations! I have a tiny tabletop tree that I brought in a suitcase. I like to put it out before Thanksgiving and leave it up until the end of January.
