I found this house in one of the historic neighborhoods that is undergoing a little gentrification. I'm hoping that someone has bought this place and is going to refurbish it to its original glory. It's a cute little bungalow that has a good potential.

Apart from the plaster work it looks pretty solid... and the birds seem to like it!
It's a shame that someone would allow their home to run down. I guess there must be some logic behind it.
It definitely has potential. I wonder if that arch carved over the French Doors on the left is left over from an earlier abandoned renovation...?
It could be a sweet little place with some restoration and landscaping.
I agree ... looks like it was built in the late 30s or early 40s ... those were very nice homes and this looks like its got good bones! Lots of possibilities here.
It does look like it would be nice with a little love!
I'd love to see this all renovated!
It would be fun to be the one to redo this house. It will be so cute when it's finished.
One can easily guess how it would look like if renovated.
You'll probably will have to go back in a couple of years...
Let's keep our fingers crossed that it gets restored and not demolished, Sharon!
It certainly needs a lot of work.
This house has tons of potential! Someone with a little money and a bit of imagination could make this into something special. I love the front windows with many pains, the shape of the front door and the tiled roof.
Hmmmmmm, I wouldn't mind giving it a go, it could be lovely!
Ah... what a word potential. It holds so much. Some never reached.
A multi million £ mansion in London
You'll have to check back to see what happens. Wonder what the inside looks like.
Quick, call the Fixer Upper couple!
It could be such a sweet home.
Definitely good 'bones' here Sharon.. I like the front window and of course the arched front door. You'll have to keep an eye on it now and then.
Like those who came to this post before me, I see a lot of potential in this little place. I imagine that someone will decide to fix it up.
