Just a Little Bungalow

I was driving around downtown Phoenix last weekend and saw this cute and very well maintained little bungalow.  I'm betting it dates back to the 1920's or 1930's.  I also spotted some more new Arizona State University buildings.  I'll show you those sometime next week.

My favourite era Sharon, this is a very sweet wee home, as always I would love to see inside 😊

Probably very easy to take care of.

Very cute! I like the proper Arizona landscaping, too. Blue and yellow is always a good color combination for photos.

Just the right size!

This looks very much like the area where my dad used to work so many years ago. Cute structure!

A nice small house like that makes so much sense compared to some of the monster homes being built these days!

Love the collonaded porch. We lived for about a dozen years in a small yellow bungalow on Mitchell Drive, just west of 7th street, surrounded by orange trees. It's still there and the house looks about the same. The yard is different though.
