I read about this new artwork on Instagram and I decided to see if I could find it. It's located right in the heart of all the light rail construction for the new expansion of the system into South Phoenix.
The piece is made of translucent fiberglass and was created by local artist Isaac Caruso.
I'm guessing it's part of the light rail art project but I don't have confirmation on that.
