Saturday was a very windy day in Phoenix. I took a walk in Indian School Park but it was so windy it was hard to keep up a good pace and very hard to take any pictures. However, it was a good time to catch some palo verde blooms before they were blown off the tree and it was an especially good time to get a flag shot. The wind was really whipping the flags around.

Ah...love the depth-of-field!
Wow, that flag is really flowing. Nice shot!
Our Soleria bells were ringing all day from the wind.
Nice to see you last evening, and on Friday at the Symphony. Thanks for your gracious post on Sunday.
A bit of wild weather on Saturday. I saw on the news that a big tree blew over into the street.
Can you believe it? Phoenix and Toulouse have a lot in common. :-)
Beautiful!
Windy or not Sharon, you snapped a really good composition.. smiled at your 'before they were blown off the tree' must really have been strong!
It's a great time to take flag shots!
Very nice composition, Sharon.
We say: "April macht was er will" (April does what he wants). We had windy days too, now we have rain...
At least you avoided the snow we had up here!
Great shot, Sharon! Wind always helps the flags.
My hubby and I drove up to Sedona on Saturday and it was windy and rainy. We even saw snow.
It is a nice composition, and I don't detect any camera shake from the wind. It has often been windy down here in Naples, which can make golf an even more challenging game than it already is.
I love the Palo Verde in bloom.
Great composition!
The two symbols work beautifully together!
