One street over from my house is the home of someone with an outstanding green thumb (something I don't possess). For the past 3 weeks, I driven by this house and actually slowed down to get a better look at the lush garden they have created in front of their home.
Oh how I wish I had the talent to do this!

Good to catch up with your recent posts while we have been away. You have been out and around to a lot of events, I see.
So pretty Sharon, what a wonderful border, I wonder just how many different types of flowers are planted here, very English country garden!
This is so pretty. It would take a lot of work and a lot of water to keep a garden like this one.
Lovely. That is like a mid-summer garden here so it is nice to see on a day when it is well below freezing here and windy!
That is absolutely gorgeous. I wish they'd come and do that in my garden (garden is a misnomer at our place!).
What a wonderful display, they deserve an award!
So beautiful! They found a nice way to express themselves.
You are fortunate to have such a sight in your neighborhood. Those red flowers which resemble food on a stick - we have them here, too, and they are so beautiful, but I don't know what they're called.
I always consider colorful gardens like this to be generous gifts to the community from the residents.
Glorious colors. Yes, a gift to the community!
That's lovely! Spring is in the air. :-)
I love this woman's garden...the orange poppies...I think are spectacular! She is a lady of grace. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
Wonderful colors (after a gray winter...)
That is wonderful. I could never grow something so beautiful.
