The Four Seasons

Back in early November, I introduced you to these sculptures by Philip Haas inspired by the paintings of Giuseppe Arcimboldo.  Here is a photo of all four of them in their place at the Desert Botanical Garden.  I took this shot on day when some low clouds were hanging over the city.  A perfect sky for photography.  The sculptures will be up through April 28th.

Yes the clouds and the light make the four sculptures stand out. I am glad you posted this picture, I was wondering about their size and the whole aspect.

I remember these Sharon, lovely to see them all together like this and get an idea of exactly how big they are.

I took the same shot. It pops up on my computer every so often. The artist did do a great job.

Yes you have captured the mood of the works with the help of Mother Nature~! I wish they were going to be there at the end of May. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

I'm glad to see these in the perspective they appear in the garden. I had not thought of them being so close together.
