i don't think I have every seen a bicyclist from this angle.I have been noticing more street art around Phoenix. I like it, as long as it is not graffiti.

I, too, like the arty kind of graffiti as opposed to the lurid smears and tags. This one does appear to have a tag just lower right from the graphic. I wonder if it is the artist's signature or someone else's.
