Busy Bee

There is a lot of agave blooms popping up around town and this little bee has latched on to one of them.  I played around with the macro lens this last weekend.

I love this. The yellow flowers look like ballet dresses.

The enlargement is enormous. You'd never think it was so large until you click the picture. And it is well done. You must have read the directions right because there isn't anything wrong with this macro.

Busy bees are doing their jobs it seems. No bees here right now and nothing blooming either.

Good eye. As a former midwesterner I still find it hard to believe that bees are not in hibernation during the winter months out here.

Nice, Sharon. I don't have a macro lens. I will watch what you have come up with.
