This Santa Barbara architecture is so much more pleasing for an office than the typical square box construction that seemed to dominate the second half of the 20th century.
This building was owned by a pediatrician years ago and used the rooms to house the families of the patients he would see. Today it is an apartment building.

I like this style and love that tall palm tree in front. Glad I don't have to trim it though.

Looks like an old mansion restored and put to good use. 'Tis indeed a very striking building, whatever its origin!
Looks great and very different from any office I have seen in Sweden that's for sure.
