A single yellow tulip was on the table at a place I had lunch recently.
At another place I found a very large white rose adorning the table.
At yet another place, there was a single colorful, blushing yellow rose.
I'm seeing a trend in restaurants decorating the tables with single flowers and I like it.

Simple and elegant.
Elegant is the word that came to me too.
It's nice to have flowers but not something so big that it interferes with eating and talking.
Less is always more. Very elegant.
