Every now and then, I drive down this street in east Phoenix just to look at the houses along here. It's always been an upscale street but these days, you see lots of older houses that are being torn down and replaced by much bigger houses. I never know what I'll find. I liked this nice brick house with the blue trim. This might be an older one that has been updated.
This one is most likely a new build. I like it. It has a definite Spanish look to it. And, I always am curious about a house with a 'tower'. I see some staggered windows there so I'm guessing there might be a staircase inside the round part.

Very large houses and unique designs.
I would want a round room at the top of the tower.
Oh how I love the large, old mansion structures. They had the element which new age construction miss. This is a beautiful house, almost like a dream! :) Thank you for sharing.
It is always surprising to me when someone buys a large home in an upscale neighbourhood and then takes it down to build a larger one. It happens here all of the time, Sharon. There must be a nice round room up top in that tower.
Very grand.
I like them both.
Yes, a staircase looks likely in the round part. How the "one percent" live!
Big and beautiful.
It’s always intriguing to see how a familiar street evolves, and that brick house with the blue trim looks like a charming survivor amid all the change
The second house is really lovely, would love to see what it's like inside.
