Not long ago, I was wandering around my favorite nursery when I spotted this display with those fabulous stone wings hanging on the wall. Those would certainly look good in someone's lush garden.
By the way, since I'm not gifted with the green thumb necessary to grow my own beautiful plants, I stop at the nursery every now and then and admire the beauty of all those lovely blooms that are much safer where they are than at my house.
The wings are quite beautiful and I don't think I've ever seen such a decoration before. Plants and stuff are hard work and that's not my thing at the moment so I'm with you - I'll go elsewhere to look at the pretty flowers. :)
ReplyDeleteYes I know the feeling, the plants look always better at other places than mine too, but we have other qualities haven't we? :)
ReplyDeleteI love the wings!
ReplyDeleteVery cool wings!
ReplyDeleteI can manage to keep cacti alive- there's one I've had now for a year and a half or so that seems to be thriving. But that's about it for plants.
Lovely photo.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekened

The wings are very pretty. I know what you mean about plants, we had several and they seem to die on us. Lately we have a tiny piece of a Christmas Cactus that I found on the footpath and brought it home thinking I could get some roots from it. Last week, after many weeks, some roots grew out. It's still very small but maybe it will survive and grow up.
ReplyDeleteI like those wings!
ReplyDeleteI love the wings too Sharon.. I have the perfect spot in my garden for them where I could make all my visitors stand in angelic poses 😀 somehow I don't think they'd appreciate that 😀
ReplyDeleteMaybe the idea is, visitors can sit on the bench and pose with the wings behind them? You should have taken a selfie! :)
