I took this photo of an ultra-modern house back in December. What caught my eye was that circle with the standing stones at the end of the sidewalk.
What a strange artistic display. I'm not sure what it is supposed to represent. It's possible that it's some kind of fountain or maybe it's some type of lighting system. Whatever it is, it is highly unusual.
I'm thinking drainage. Whatever it is, it certainly is artistic.

ReplyDeleteJust a note: This isn't a driveway. It's the front walk up to the house. Still, one would have to be careful not to trip.
ReplyDeleteVery futuristic looking home yet the stone arrangement reminds me of Neolithic standing stones! I'm thinking its a water feature with that channel running down the centre of the walkway.
