I did some exploring around the Northern parts of Phoenix yesterday when I spotted the big, white monsoon clouds building up in the north. I pulled over to capture this formation with some palm trees dotting the skyline. The street I was on is named "Dreamy Draw". The street was attractive all the way to the end so I guess some might call it 'dreamy'.
The shapely clouds in the distance suit the name perfectly!
ReplyDeleteI recognize this scene. It was not far from my old home. Thanks for the memories.
ReplyDeleteSome people call me 'dreamy'. I don't think the street is named after me though. hahahaha
ReplyDeleteI love all the big white clouds around at this time of year.
ReplyDeleteThursday they turned into a big hail storm at our house.
A well deserved name especially on the day you went.
ReplyDeleteThat's quite a dramatic sky!
ReplyDeleteTruly a gorgeous scene. But I thought "dreamy" referred to the actor who played on "House" - Dr. Dreamy. :)
ReplyDeleteA dreamy shot, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteThe contrast with the palm trees is well done.
ReplyDeleteNicely framed clouds!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great scene. I would have stopped for clouds like those, too.
ReplyDeleteI am starting to think about palm trees . . . two months away.
It is a wonderful neighborhood. Nice cloud shot.
ReplyDeleteLove the name of the street Sharon, wondering if those beauteous big clouds brought forth much rain :)
ReplyDeleteI still cannot believe how many of your posts I missed. Trying to make it up!!
