Adobe Wall
I found this adobe wall around the yard of a home in one of the historic neighborhoods. It looks like you enter the yard through this door. With the wall and the tall plants, I couldn't see the house inside but I like the wall.
There is much to like about this photo: the bricked wall, house number, and the door and its trim. I wonder about the portrait? All work together quite well and the touch of green brings out the adobe shades.
It sits perfectly with its surroundings, love the weathered door!
ReplyDeleteI'll give you that it is a nice wall
ReplyDeleteYou know I love it!
ReplyDeleteI do too Sharon, that wonderful old door looks as if it's seen many years!
ReplyDeleteJudging by the wall and door I bet the house is a treat!
ReplyDeleteYes the wall is lovely and the details are fantastic, the door, the face, the number!
ReplyDeleteOh yes! I like this a lot!
ReplyDeleteThe face on the wall draws my eyes!
ReplyDeleteI don't know much about Southwestern architecture, but this looks old.
