We humans do have a strong attraction to water, don't we? When we are young, that attraction seems to be even stronger. I saw this young fellow simply enthralled by the water in this fountain at Biltmore Fashion Park on Friday. His mother was sitting nearby keeping an eye on him but, he was determined to get at least his hand and arms wet! If his mother hadn't been so vigilant, I think he might have found a way to take a dip.
I have a new post on
Sharon's Sojourns today. I'm visiting an enchanting place in Wales.
Looks like someone is having fun!
ReplyDeleteCute.
ReplyDeleteA simple, universal pleasure.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like he has pretty good balance, too, with his toes just off the ground. Love capturing kids'
ReplyDeletephotos doing what they love to do.
It would certainly be enticing. It's a lovely garden too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun picture!
ReplyDeleteA strong attraction to water... so true! And this cute scene is the best proof.
ReplyDeleteA great slice-of-life photo and a beautiful place for a kid to play!
ReplyDeleteGreat catch, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteVery cute, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteThat is adorable! I'm sure his mother would appreciate even this cheeky portrait:) (Hope you're having safe, speedy travels!)
ReplyDeleteAlways a nice place to sit and people watch.
ReplyDeleteWater certainly does have that mesmerising effect.. Delightful image Sharon.. I watched a little boy in the exact same situation a last week, but he went all the way in..it was 36C so I don't blame him :)
