Wednesday evening I had dinner at a new restaurant that just opened in my neighborhood. It's called Sochu House and it serves what they call "Neo Asian" food. You can order small bites "tapas" style or entrees. As you can see from the photo I snapped, it's a very hip place.
The decor was modern minimalist but I must admit, I really liked the line of chandeliers across the dining room.
I'll be back again and bring a few friends to try more of those "tapas" plates.
BLUE Light special, I guess!
ReplyDeleteSo I take it the food was good also?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the place is worth a second visit. It looks really cool.
ReplyDeleteI trust Julie and I are among the friends with whom you will return.
ReplyDeleteThe ceiling pattern is also very interesting and enhances the chandeliers.
ReplyDeleteThe chandeliers look at odds with the neon lighting, but I like it. I'm guessing the food was good as you said you'd be back. I'm glad you're out and about to share these things with us.
ReplyDeleteIt looks nice and the food must have been good if you're going to bring friends there. Interesting chandeliers...I think I'd have to see them in person! :)
ReplyDeleteLooks great and I love to graze tapas-style!
ReplyDeleteAlways fun to try a new place.
ReplyDeleteWell, maybe not always.
Sounds interesting. Nice looking place too.
ReplyDeleteI just checked the menu. Looks tasty.
ReplyDeleteVery nice ceiling reminding me of tin ceilings that we are seeing less and less...
ReplyDeleteTapas is so popular right now. Love the lighting and the chandeliers Sharon, it certainly does look like a very trendy spot.
