Bottle Brush Tree

I was driving through a nearby neighborhood recently trying to avoid some construction when I discovered a beautiful bottle brush tree.  The sight of it made me turn around to get some photos.

I've seen bottle brush as shrubs and bushes but I don't think I had ever seen one that was a full grown tree before.

What a beautiful tree it was!

I love bottle brushes. Our neighbor across the street used to have one when I was growing up.

I like those too. Very showy when they are in bloom. A tree is unusual, most I've seen are bushes. Did you get a wide shot of the whole tree?

I can't recall hearing of such a tree before. Very pretty blossoms.

This is one of my favorite bushes/trees. We had one at our home in Stone Creek. But, like you, I don't think I've seen a full grown bottle brush tree. Very beautiful!

Very nice Sharon, did you get any distant shots of the tree, I would love to see what it looks like from a distance.
