Theme Day: Young at Heart

Today is the first of the month so it's theme day for City Daily Photo Bloggers and today's theme is "Young at Heart".

I saw this couple at the Desert Botanical Garden one day taking a stroll through the garden and pointing out different plants and having a lively discussion about the birds and the butterflies.  I didn't think to snap a picture of them until they were leaving and I was walking behind them.  There was just something about them that said young at heart to me.

We are all young at heart as we get older, we just wish we were young again

There is so much to like about this photo! I always enjoy the view of the backs of people for some reason. The woman's long, gray braid and the fact that he is carrying his cane behind him, speak volumes about both of them!

I was thinking the same as Kate! Once again you snapped the photo of them at the right moment!

Oh yes for sure Sharon, they both have gorgeous hair, hers so long and his thick with a bit of curl, lots of fun going on there ☺

Growing old is a privilege that not everyone gets. I hope to make it much further! Nice choice for the theme day.

Love her hair, love how he sets aside the need for the cane.
