Sand Trap

This is the golf course at the Arizona Country Club and as you can see, players are in the shadow of Camelback Mountain.

I'm away for the weekend and may not have access to the internet.  I'll catch up with all of you next week.

I still can't believe that people are playing golf in this record heat. It amazes me! Enjoy yourself!

It amazes me that people do play in that heat but they must be die hard golfers.

Maybe the reason I enjoy going to the beach in Costa Rica is that it enables me to spend more time in the sand than I would spend in the sand if I went golfing.

Arizona Country Club is an older golf course, as you can tell from the amount of grass in your photo. Newer courses are desert courses with narrower fairways because they cannot get permission to use enough water to make the whole area grass.

I decided to join golf school. Not sure how it works in our climate and if the course available in October, but I like the idea!
Wish you wonderful week-end!

I wish I was golfing right now. I recently moved and left my golf clubs back home. I kind of wished I brought them with me now.
