Performing Arts Center

While I was at the library opening last weekend, I had an opportunity to see this performing arts center adjacent to the library.  It is part of the South Mountain Community College and it is built in a similar architectural style as the library building.  I'm going to watch for a performance here.  I'd love to see the inside of this facility.

I love the etched violin on the sign for the center.

Hmmm. I think I like it. Modern and sophisticated. I, too, like the etching. The windows intrigue me. Can you see out of them? Do they have some sort of film to keep the sun at bay?

Nice shots! I really like the design of the building and the etching is a nice touch.

You have some good newer architecture in this area. Nice.

Art people in Phoenix are happy to have such headquarters, I think.

This stacked look is very unique; doubt that I've seen anything like it before.
