I found this mural on the side of a building that houses a rehabilitation center. They work with troubled people teaching them artistic skills. There was no signature on this one but it could very well have been painted by one or more of the participants in the program.

Wow that is a beautiful mural. There's a lot of people that get lost and need rehabilitation. It's a tough world out there.
