Here are two more sculptures from in front of the Museum of the West in Scottsdale. These two are by Allan Houser, a legend among Native American sculptors. This one is called "When Friends Meet".
This second one is called "Prayer". They both stand near the front of the museum.
I do love Allan Housers' work. He puts emotion into them even when they are abstract.
Especially true of those last two you shared.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous sculptures. It's amazing how the more abstract first one definitely looks native American too.
