Not far from the castle-like condos I posted yesterday, was this house nearly hidden by these magnificent trees. What wonderful and huge threes they are. The house faces west but I'm certain that not one ray of hot, western sunlight hits any of those windows. I bet the birds love those trees.
They look very shady indeed!
ReplyDeleteVery sheltered.
ReplyDeleteNow THOSE are trees!!!
ReplyDeleteA shady place in the valley of the sun.
ReplyDeleteShade in a desert. Mother Nature likes you.
ReplyDeleteIt must be cool but very dark in there!
ReplyDeleteThey are protecting the house...
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting how uniformly sheared off they are at the bottom -- almost like they have a cow keeping them pruned!
ReplyDeleteGreat trees, certainly give lots of shade.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend Sharon
On first glance I didn't see the house. That's a lot of shade!
ReplyDeleteI normally would say that the trees would make the inside of the house dark, but if I lived in your climate I would be very happy for the shade.
ReplyDeleteShade is important in the desert and these lovely trees provide the much needed shade to stay cool. I wonder how cool the inside of the house is.
ReplyDeleteWell groomed, too, it looks like.
ReplyDeleteYes, yes, yes, to everything you wrote!
ReplyDeleteThose trees have certainly paid off.
