Theodore

There is a bar on Roosevelt Row called The Theodore and the front of it has been painted with a mural of Theodore himself.  Since this is on Roosevelt Street it seems appropriate to have a bar named for the street's namesake, Theodore Roosevelt.  The mural was painted by Tato Caraveo.  Remember him?  He's the guy who paints the murals with people with big heads.  The last one I posted is here.

  8. Theodore Roosevelt? I think that's a first for modern murals. I hope Trump doesn't succeed in getting him off Mt. Rushmore, but at least this will remain! (Yes, Trump did post a video where the 4 heads were removed from Rushmore and replaced with only him).

  9. Don't know the artist, but I just got through reading about Teddy's 1912 run for the White House. It wasn't as nice as this mural.
