The spring butterflies are back at the Desert Botanical Garden and I took a quick trip through the pavilion when I was there for a walk last week. The butterflies were busy enjoying all the flowers. This white peacock found a pretty pink flower.
The zebra butterfly found an orange flower to enjoy.
And this Gulf Fritillary has it's petticoat showing!
I have a new post on Sharon's Sojourns today. We are visiting a famous monster!
The butterflies made perfect choices with their floral landings.. gorgeous shots Sharon 🌹
ReplyDeleteCharming... Mother Nature's beauty at it's best.
ReplyDeleteWow, you did a good job with these photos!
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAww, poor fritillary! I wonder if he emerged from his pupa awkwardly and his wing didn't dry right. In any case, he's in a good place for a butterfly with a misshapen wing. (Not sure why I'm saying he -- I have no idea what gender that butterfly is.)
ReplyDeletePretty combinations!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful to see, Sharon! We have a rainy windy damp day so flowers and butterflies are nice to see!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful captures of these gorgeous butterflies and flowers. Well done, Sharon.
ReplyDeleteSplendid photos, great captures.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice week
