I took a drive over to the old neighborhood on Friday to see if that scary horde of skeletons were back for the holiday season. They were!
And, they were all dressed to be seen (and photographed). It really is amazing the trouble these people go to for the two weeks leading up to Halloween.
I have a new post on
Sharon's Sojourns today. I've revealed a little secret.
Lots of houses have been decorated for a while here as well. Some quite elaborately.

We don't know this celebration here, but by commercial forces some try to introduce it in our country too. Only the young ones are interested I think.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that whoever does this every year continues their own tradition; it lends a bit of whimsy to a troubled country!
ReplyDeleteThat is one awesome Halloween display.
ReplyDeleteThe best display I ever saw, it's incredible.
ReplyDeleteThat is a big crowd they have there.
ReplyDeleteThat is wild! A kind of memento mori -- you, me and the postman will all wind up like that someday! I wonder where they store all those things when it's not Halloween? They must have a huge garage.
ReplyDeleteThese people take the occasion very seriously!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for sharing these bunch of zombies. Gotta wonder where the owners keep them during the off-season? I wouldn't want them in my yard, but I got to admit they are interesting in a frightful kind of way. I'll be singing "Dem bones" the rest of the day!
ReplyDeleteI remember that you have shown these guys before! These people really like Halloween!
ReplyDeleteHaha! The gang's all there Sharon 😀
ReplyDeleteAwesome what a great display
