There was a slight breeze blowing when I spotted this ornamental grass by the side of an office building. I loved how it swayed in the wind.
So I got out my camera and took a few shots. I think this might be purple fountain grass but I'm not sure.
I just like the way it shimmers and dances!
Yes it looks like a dance indeed.
ReplyDeleteNice capture. The same thing happens to me. It is amazing how we get inspired to photograph something.
ReplyDeleteI am getting more and more interested in this kind of decorative plants rather than grass, that requires so much water. Both realistic and artistic, as you photos demonstrate.
ReplyDeleteThese are great pics of this luscious grass, Sharon! It is at its peak here but will soon be dying away.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Your photos looks almost like paintings.
ReplyDeleteQuite pretty!
ReplyDeleteVery nice pictures, Sharon, here again I see your artistic talent!
ReplyDeleteRE your comment on BDP: Thanks for the link to the interesting article, I was amused to read it.

ReplyDeleteGreat photos, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kate, this is a really lovely alternative to many other more time consuming plants. Beautifully shown here Sharon ✨
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! It would make a nice video!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I like how the stucco wall seems to be painting to complement the grass heads.
