I found another decorated dumpster recently. This one was behind a gallery just west of downtown. I bet one of the artists who frequent the gallery painted it. I think it's a great idea to paint these when allowed. It sure beats the utilitarian ugliness of them when they are unpainted.
First curb side utility boxes, now dumpsters! It's a trend that I could get used to...great idea! Loe the tilted hat on the man. Good colours, too.
