I was sort of surprised to find these doors on the back side of a local restaurant, because the parking area is at the back of the restaurant and I'd never noticed them before. It makes me wonder if they recently repainted them and that's why they stood out this time.
They are on the back side of Ajo Al's Mexican Restaurant on 16th Street in Phoenix. They have a rustic look but, there is something about them that almost looks like they exist in a painting rather than real life. Do you know what I mean?
If it is paint someone did a good job.
ReplyDeleteThat is the same thought I had, they don't look real, but painted!
ReplyDeleteThis rustic look is to my liking & they do look like something from a set!
ReplyDeleteI thought the first shot was of a painting, so yes!
ReplyDeleteI do know what you mean Sharon, it's almost as if there's a mural of a rustic door painted on them!
ReplyDeleteYes, it does have that feel of being art.
ReplyDeleteIf it is so, they are really well painted.
ReplyDeleteThey are nice!
ReplyDeleteSomeone has done a good job on them!
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean. But it's also true that anytime you paint your backside you're gonna get noticed!
ReplyDeleteTrue as if there was a false finish on the door!
ReplyDeletePainted or not, these doors are very nice and I like them a lot.
ReplyDeleteDoors with character!! : )
