Remember that building with the copper flag in front that I
posted about last month? While I was exploring around the building, I found this mural at the end of the driveway that leads to the garage. It's on a building next door to the copper flag building and it's completely hidden from the street, I was surprised to find this wonderful mural by Medina Art. It's painted over a garage door.
These elephants were roaming on the side of the building next door to that one above. There is definitely an African Safari theme going on here on these buildings.
Beautiful murals indeed.
ReplyDeleteThey keep the place so clean too...
The murals are awesome! It pays to go exploring.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, especially the lion !
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful finds! It must have been exciting to find and photograph them. Thanks for letting us join you on this walk of discovery!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful murals! A lot of buildings pay for murals like this to cut down on graffiti -- apparently if there's art on the wall already, graffitists are much less likely to paint there than if it were entirely blank. Which makes sense. (Unfortunately sometimes they still paint over the murals!)
ReplyDeleteSuch a great discovery! Glad you had a mini safari in Phoenix and found them!
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful murals! A great find.
ReplyDeleteGoodness me what a discovery Sharon.. both fabulous but the lion is a little more fabulouso ☺
ReplyDeleteThese are both superb, but like so many others, it's the lion that stands out.
ReplyDeleteSuper murals. So much better than so many of the weird abstract ones that abound in Phoenix and many other cities.
