I was recently at the home of one of my Art Challenge friends in north Scottsdale and I noticed this gorgeous fountain in a park-like setting near his house. It looks like there is a neighborhood park that runs from the entrance to the housing development all the way to the back of the development and this grand fountain sits right in the middle of that park. I like it!!
I have a new post on
Sharon's Sojourns today. I have some views along the Pacific Coast.
Truly a magnificent sight. So tall and pretty.
ReplyDeleteThat is a big park and this is a big fountain and I'm guessing that both are a huge asset to the community!
ReplyDeleteFancy!
ReplyDeletePretty darn fancy.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very refreshing! I can hear it from here!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful but something strikes me as wrong about fountains in most of Arizona. I'd think you would want to hold on to every precious drop.
ReplyDeleteTall and refreshing !
ReplyDeleteQuite an impressive fountain!
ReplyDeleteIt seems quite Italian, like something you'd find in the Villa Borghese.

ReplyDeleteYou caught the falling water very well! Bob C has a good point about water in Phoenix.
ReplyDeleteLovely, Sharon.
