The Missing Tree
Every year I bring you a photo of the poinsettia tree at the Biltmore Fashion Park Shopping Center so imagine my surprise when I went the other day and found a traditional tree in it's place.
It is a very nice tree but it just seems out of place after seeing that red one year after year.
I later learned that they did have a poinsettia tree after all, they just moved it to a different location.
Hopefully everyone who loves seeing it this time of year will find it in it's new place of honor.
I have a new post on Sharon's Sojourns today. I'm visiting a charming city in South America.
Awesome poinsettia tree. I'm used to seeing them in pots and a lot smaller.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I love the poinsettia tree I have to admit I'm a sucker for traditional Sharon :)
ReplyDeleteGlorious poinsietta tree. Isn't it frustrating when people change things around and don't tell you? Aargh!
ReplyDeleteWonder why they moved it? Guess they're trying to keep people on their toes!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny how sometimes we are surprised and even upset by little things like that...
ReplyDeleteBoth trees are beautiful yet I like the poinsettia tree best because of its color.
ReplyDeleteBoth are pretty.
ReplyDeleteI can't decide which one I like best, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteI love the poinsettia tree.
ReplyDeleteI do love the poinsettia tree.
ReplyDeleteBoth are pretty, but the red one is my preferred..
ReplyDeleteI like them both, but I prefer a traditional tree in the most prominent location and the poinsettia tree in a secondary location.
ReplyDeleteBoth are beautiful! By the way, my Poinsettia is now red too! :-)
