Yesterday I told you about staying at Julie and Dave's house because my electricity was out. This was the view out my bedroom window when I woke up in the morning . I took this shot with the telephoto lens right through the window. Camelback Mountain is pretty rugged up there at the top but, it's also very picturesque.
Good morning, I like the view.
ReplyDeleteRegards from Turkey ;)

Wonderfully soft light too!
ReplyDeleteI'm not much of a hiker. I won't be going up Camelback Mountain anytime soon.
ReplyDeleteAnd light and shadows add to the picture.
ReplyDeleteCould you even get a more Arizona view than that Sharon, fabulous!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a wild area... wonderful light !
ReplyDeleteHard to believe that that view is in the middle of Phoenix. The morning light is just right.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors and light! I love saguaros.
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for the old Range Rider to come by that cactus riding on his horse. A favorite show in the early 50s.
ReplyDeleteQuite a view!
ReplyDeleteA lovely desert scene. I remember climbing part way up Camelback with Lois' grandmother who had to be near 70 at the time. She managed to stay quite a ways ahead of us and didn't want to quit!
ReplyDeleteYou have literally a postcard view from that window!
ReplyDeleteBig, big sigh!!!
ReplyDeleteWow - you landed on a great place for the night! It's great to have wonderful friends, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteI could live with that view!
ReplyDeleteI think there be snakes up there!
ReplyDeleteAs I've said, I'd really like to see their new place. I look out my window and I see rain, every day, for weeks.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThey have quite a place. You know how to select friends to mooch off.
