Broken rear-view mirror? You can always fix it yourself with a hand mirror and some duct tape. I spotted this do-it-yourself fix-it job in a parking lot and just had to snap a shot. The funny thing is, the hand mirror is broken too. It just must be a bit better than the mirror underneath.
Haha, that´s really funny! Are thinking about sending this pic to a photo competition?

ReplyDeleteI love the results of an inventive mind! St Paul got many more inches of snow last night (4/4). When will it end? Have a good week-end!!
The age of the skilled artisan is not dead. What a work of art!
ReplyDeleteIf you get 7 years of bad luck for breaking a mirror, what happens to your car if you have two broken mirrors?
ReplyDeleteIf someone stole that vehicle it wouldn't be hard to find.
ReplyDeleteSomeone is very inventive! I guess I can understand though. That mirror would probably cast a couple hundred dollars to fix it right.
ReplyDeleteYou'd think you'd take a bit more pride than to do that....
ReplyDeleteSooo funny, Sharon! Great catch.
ReplyDeleteOMG, spectacular!
ReplyDeleteOh that's funny and creative!
ReplyDeleteThat's a riot. Fix a broken mirror with a broken mirror. Talk about a double dose of bad luck!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like one of those "Seen at Wal-Mart" pictures!
ReplyDeleteDuct tape and WD-40 will fix anything!
ReplyDeleteMade me laugh Sharon, I was in a similar situation myself a while back, my mirror just fell out.. not as resourceful as this person, had it fixed when I had the car serviced :)
ReplyDeleteLOL! What a find!
ReplyDeleteThat is too funny. Haha! I would've laughed hysterically if a car like that passed by me down the road. I have a hand mirror, which I think I'm gonna be keeping around for a situation like that now. I enjoyed reading your post. Thank you for giving me a good laugh. :)
