I took this photo near downtown a while ago and I've driven by here several times since then trying to figure out what kind of business it is but, so far I haven't caught it open. I'm just guessing that its a little bar/restaurant. I wish I could find it open sometime.
Looks like a nice building. Love those reflections. The sign doesn't give anything away, though, does it? But if it was a bar, wouldn't it say "Bar-rum" and just in time for Christmas? :)
ReplyDeleteI guess you go by too early for Rum or rum.
ReplyDeleteA mystery for sure, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteYou'll catch it open one of these days Sharon..I'm going with boutique :)
ReplyDelete... Runner!
ReplyDeleteInteresting sign. But who knows, it could mean something completely different.
ReplyDeleteSeems odd that you have never found it open. Now I am really curious~ Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteIt is hard enough to succeed in the bar and restaurant business if you have long hours. But, if it is rarely open? Good luck.
ReplyDeleteWhen I lived in New York I photographed a place in the East Village that only had a neon martini glass in the window. I figured it was a bar, but only later did I learn that it was a super-trendy bar. (It's now closed, apparently.)

(Actually, now that I look at the photo again I see that it had a menu posted outside. That would have given it away, wouldn't it?!)
I'm guessing RUM is a bar, too.
